Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide referrals for patients within the agency and community.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment objectives.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Document therapy observations and maintain confidential records.
