The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations, while coordinating treatment plans and supporting the interdisciplinary team.

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma is required.
• ADN is required, BSN is preferred.
• Current BLS is required (ACLS as applicable).
• 1–3 years of Mental Health RN experience preferred.
• Must complete pre-employment assessment.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing assessments within 24 hours of admission.
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans.
• Document progress notes and assessments.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and dignity.
• Coordinate discharge planning throughout the patient stay.
• Act as a liaison among patients, families, and the care team.
• Provide psychiatric education and support to patients and families.
