Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- DSM criteria knowledge and treatment planning experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates individual, group, and family counseling to promote emotional, spiritual, and psychological health.
- Works with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
- Assesses safety risks and responds to emergencies to ensure patient safety.
- Maintains accurate patient progress records.
- Educates patients and families about behavioral health conditions and treatment options.
