Job summary

Harboroaks seeks a Behavioral Health Associate for the night shift (7pm–7am) to provide direct patient care under clinical supervision in a structured setting. You will help maintain safety, support recovery, and contribute to a compassionate team culture.

The role emphasizes empathetic, professional interaction with patients and colleagues, with opportunities for training and career growth within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification, de-escalation and restraint training are required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety.
• Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority.
