Job summary

Harboroaks seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to support patient recovery in a structured, team-focused environment. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support while helping keep patients safe and engaged in their treatment plans.

The role offers consistent hours and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network, with a supportive team of clinical and nursing leaders to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• De-escalation and restraint certification is required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
• Experience with a similar patient population is preferred (six months).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety.
