Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to work around noisy and hot equipment.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with leadership and team members.
• 0–2 years’ experience in production environments.
• Familiarity with production processes preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate heavy machinery in dusty, hot environments.
• Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately per formula guidelines.
• Operate bakery machinery to mix, knead, and prepare dough.
• Shape, divide, and shape dough into loaves, buns, or other forms.
• Load and unload oven or proof boxes; monitor temperatures and bake times.
• Load and unload pans, stack/unstack as required on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; support food safety practices.
• Package finished products and assist in production or packaging areas as needed.
