Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with leadership and team members.
• 0–2 years of experience in production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients according to formulas.
• Mix and knead dough with machinery.
• Shape dough into loaves or buns and ensure proper rise.
• Operate ovens and proof boxes for correct baking times.
• Load/unload pans, ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Package finished products and assist in production areas as needed.
