ProAmpac in White House, TN invites you to join our night shift team as a high-speed bag converting operator. You’ll thread material, start up equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality while hitting production targets.

This hands-on role requires precise, safety-focused work in a GMP/SQF environment and collaboration across shifts. We offer shift premiums, strong benefits, PTO, holidays, and a 12-hour night schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am, with a $1–$1.50/hour premium and opportunity

Qualifications

• Night shift manufacturing role requiring careful attention to quality and safety.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Thread material from parent roll through guides/rollers to cutters, gluer, printer, folding device, or electric sealer.
• Start up equipment and adjust to maintain consistent shearing, printing, folding, gluing, or sealing quality.
• Load parent rolls using a shaft and hoist; secure collars with hand tools.
• Help hit speed targets and minimize scrap while maintaining quality.
• Review work orders and requisition materials from warehouse as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues to sustain smooth production flow.
• Perform daily machine care: oiling, cleaning, re-taping, scraping down.
• Communicate at shift handoff to ensure continuity across teams.
• Uphold GMP and SQF and maintain good housekeeping.
