ProAmpac in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring for an Operations/Production role focused on operating converting bag machines safely, meeting production schedules and maintaining quality with minimal scrap. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or warehouse experience seeking steady, hands-on work.

You will perform quality checks every half hour, assist with light machine maintenance, and work as part of a team to ensure compliance with industry standards and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 1-year plastics/converting machine experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Operate converting bag machines safely to meet production schedules with minimal scrap.
• Perform quality checks every ½ hour and document results.
• Conduct light maintenance and report major issues.
• Run 1–3 machines with assistance, as needed.
