Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech in Houston, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep airport-adjacent systems reliable and compliant. You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on facility systems, document activities in the CMMS, and respond to maintenance requests on a fast-paced ramp environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain airport security clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in equipment and maintenance operations.
• Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.
• Available to work day or night shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on facility systems and controls.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Perform reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including emergencies.
• Communicate critical updates to the Site Manager.
• Interpret manuals and work orders to perform service tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Ensure safety compliance and collaborate with a diverse team.
