Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automation/robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical assembly and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation/robotic components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and return to serviceability.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment on a schedule.
• Assist engineers in developing hardware/software for automation solutions.
• Perform calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment.
