Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or an Associate degree with 2 years experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting mechanical parts and assembly drawings.
• Experience with electrical circuits and diagrams, including measurement tools.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission advanced automation systems and qualifications.
• Lead root cause investigations for automation failures and implement fixes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations per policy.
• Complete accurate service records and comply with GDP, OSHA, FDA, ISO, CLIA.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and support cross-functional teams.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, management, and vendors.
• Work independently or in a team, including nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Support R&D, Manufacturing, and Lab Operations during automation changes.
