Fulfil is hiring a night shift Maintenance Technician in Gresham, Oregon to join a fast-paced startup. You will be responsible for automation equipment availability and spares management, working with engineers and operations to meet project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechatronics, electrical or controls automation background.
• Preventive maintenance development and reliability concepts familiarity.
• Project management skills and Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Able to meet deadlines with good communication and multitasking.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CMMS tooling.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve unplanned downtime and drive quick recoveries with high reliability.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for optimum equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations on upgrade timelines.
• Keep procedures current and compliant to ensure quality.
• Provide shift-to-shift summaries and maintain clear communications.
• Manage spares inventory and document maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety programs and company policies.
