Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering Science/Technology or 5+ years in related field.
• Strong background in manufacturing, automation, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in PLC programming & troubleshooting (Allen Bradley preferred) and HMI software programming (Factory Talk or Ignition preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support new program launches and implement error-proofing systems.
• Respond to downtime and assist with equipment builds, PM development, and quality investigations.
• Train department personnel and review new technologies.
• Manage special projects and support maintenance, engineering, and lean initiatives.
