Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and basic maintenance.
• Train with technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication and vehicle updates.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain safety policies and proper operation of vehicles and tools.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
