Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. No experience is required for this position; you will be trained.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Experience isn’t required for this position; you will be trained.
Willingness to perform manual tasks and lift tires and wheels as needed.

Responsibilities

Learn basic automotive services in Goodyear Auto Service centers.
Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and other preventative maintenance.
Provide excellent guest service and clear communication about guest vehicles.
Promote teamwork and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
