Goodyear is hiring an entry level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. No experience required; training will be provided to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service through clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
