Northrop Grumman invites applications for Associate Material Process Engineer / Material Process Engineer roles located in Palmdale, CA. The positions are on a 4/10 Mon-Thurs night or day shifts within the Vehicle Engineering group, supporting daily shop floor activities and process improvements.

The candidate must have a STEM degree (Bachelor's for level 1, Master's or Bachelor's with experience for level 2) and be able to obtain government clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or similar STEM field.
• Master's degree or 2 years of related experience for level 2.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Final required clearance and program access may be needed to start.

Mansioni

• Answer shop floor assist calls promptly.
• Collaborate with technicians on the shop floor.
• Read, interpret and author specification changes; create PowerPoint presentations and Excel data tabulations.
• Assist with daily shop floor support and process improvements.
