Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Internship experience with a commercial contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing and coordinating nightly field operations.
• Support management and coordination of subcontractors and field workforce.
• Monitor and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Track daily progress and maintain accurate daily reports.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and record drawings.
