Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the night shift, Sunday through Thursday, with hours 8 pm to 5 am. You will lead resets and remodels, supervise staff with the Store Manager, and help build a high‑performing team across the store.

All new hires participate in the Nights Training program at another location, with mileage reimbursement during training possible. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; additional education a plus.
• 2–5 years in a service industry with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Open availability – able to work Sundays to Thursdays, holidays, and possibly travel.

Responsibilities

• Function as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Utilize temporary staff to support projects and future requirements.
• Schedule weekly work with the Store Manager to maximize resources.
• Ensure projects are completed start to finish within the same shift.
