Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead teams, and deliver exceptional execution on a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 9:00pm–5:00am. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage projects, and ensure a safe, organized, customer-focused shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
