Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff and coordinate production activities.
• Assist in training and orientation of new hires in the commingle department.
• Facilitate internal resources to solve problems.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Oversee handling of finished product/mail.
• Provide leadership in daily production operations.
• Assign daily tasks to complete production duties efficiently.
• Operate production equipment, specifically commingle machines.
