Job summary

Moore is seeking a Commingle Shift Supervisor in Frederick, MD to oversee all production activities on the 2nd shift (6:00 PM–4:45 AM). You will lead a team of about 25 machine operators, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive on-time delivery in a high-volume direct mail environment.

The position offers base pay of $27.00–$31.00 per hour with relocation expense covered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team and drive safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 25 employees in the department.
• Schedule daily workflow to meet customers' expectations.
• Train and cross-train employees; provide coaching and guidance.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a neat, orderly work area.
• Monitor quality and production records; communicate with maintenance for uptime.
