Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Associate in the Molding Department for the night shift (11pm-7am). The role involves inspecting containers and lids, assembling products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will maintain a clean work area and assist with material handling and changeovers, with opportunities for progression through tier levels. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and potential to earn up to $21/hr in the first year.

Qualifications

• Ability to keep pace with production cycles.
• Good time management and sustained attention for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with overtime, weekends, and holidays as production demands.
• Basic or intermediate computer skills.
• Being able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all EHS/GMP policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Inspect finished products and notify leads of quality issues.
• Assemble products by installing gaskets and handles per instructions.
• Package and label products per customer requirements.
• Assist with material handling, line clearance, and changeover functions.
