ESFM is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer - 3rd Shift to support the Director in overseeing facility operations during the overnight schedule (Mon-Fri 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM local time). This role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure reliable, high-quality service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience, strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with Windows office tools, and a commitment to safety and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 3 years of facilities/engineering experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend, transmit complex instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in changing environment.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Monitors quality and flow of work to assure timely completion of tasks.
• Successfully provides effective client rapport to build a mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; ability to recommend action items.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
