Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer for 2nd shift to assist the Director in overseeing the facility operations in Buckeye, AZ. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience and strong written/verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated detailed instructions in writing and verbally.
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Monitors quality and flow of work to assure timely completion of tasks.
• Provides effective client rapport to build a mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; can recommend action items.
• Plays role as liaison between sector and client to ensure high service levels.
