IDEAL Industries, INC. is seeking a reliable team player for a third shift production role in Sycamore, Illinois.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with opportunities to contribute to forming, assembling and packaging products and to support safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, operating work stations, reading instructions, performing routine data entry, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions.
• Ability to perform routine computer data entry.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform routine production tasks including forming, assembling and packaging; set-up and operation of work stations.
• Monitor work using blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain quality and rate charts as required.
• Follow quality procedures and keep work area clean.
• Other duties as directed by management.
