Responsibilities include tool upkeep, basic shop math, and adherence to safety goals while supporting a collaborative team and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to assemble various products per job instructions, blueprints, or direction of lead/manager.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools; basic shop math and ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and adhere to safety rules including 5S.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather parts for each shop order and assemble parts and weldments.
• Perform quality checks to ensure final assemblies meet requirements.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment; participate in 5S activities.
