Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Cookeville, TN is hiring a production assembler to work in an assigned cell and assemble parts until the final product is complete. Shift is Monday–Wednesday Nights, 5:45pm–6:15am CST.

You will read and follow the SOP at each designated station and perform quality checks to ensure pieces meet set standards. Candidates must stand for long periods, read SOPs in English, and keep a clean, organized workstation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to read SOPs in English.
• Standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the SOP at each designated station within an Assembly cell.
• Quality-check each piece produced against set aesthetic standards.
• Keep designated station full of needed parts for the job assigned.
• Learn job duties at multiple stations within the assigned cell.
• Flexibility to rotate between assigned cell or facilities based on production needs.
• Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
• Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
