Job summary

You will ensure machines run quality parts at production rates, confirm work-orders and materials, and complete daily paperwork while adhering to Hubbell's quality operating principles.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, basic tool use, and good math and communication skills; candidate must be able to lift up

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math and computer skills required.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Must be comfortable wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machines in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assure that machines run quality parts at production rates.
  • Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using Hubbell Quality Operating Principles.
  • Confirm work-orders are correct and materials are ready.
  • Complete daily paperwork including HR x HR charts, counting and packing parts.
  • Maintain safety, quality, production and 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Monday - Friday 11pm-7:00am shift.
