Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Aiken, SC, is seeking a production operator to operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly/testing equipment in a safe, efficient manner. You will ensure machines run quality parts at production rates, confirm work-orders and materials, and complete daily paperwork while adhering to Hubbell's quality operating principles.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, basic tool use, and good math and communication skills; candidate must be able to lift up

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic math and computer skills required.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Must be comfortable wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machines in a safe and efficient manner.
Assure that machines run quality parts at production rates.
Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using Hubbell Quality Operating Principles.
Confirm work-orders are correct and materials are ready.
Complete daily paperwork including HR x HR charts, counting and packing parts.
Maintain safety, quality, production and 5S housekeeping standards.
Monday - Friday 11pm-7:00am shift.
