Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Work well under pressure.
• Able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Assembly/Print machines.
• Troubleshoot minor operating difficulties.
• Inspect and pack finished parts properly.
• Communicate timely with Team Leaders regarding quality or mechanical issues.

Skills

Ability to maintain good attendance

Ability to differentiate between colors

Basic Math skills

Comfortable using a computer windows-based system

Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
