This role on the third shift (Sunday-Thursday, 9:45pm–6:00am) offers competitive pay at $18.00 per hour, with shift differential for other shifts, and benefits including health coverage from day one and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Good attendance is required.
• Ability to differentiate between colors.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Comfortable using a Windows-based computer system.
• Demonstrated understanding of quality control concepts and processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate Assembly/Print machines on the line.
• Troubleshoot minor operating issues and analyze machine operations.
• Inspect and pack finished parts, ensuring quality standards.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate quality or mechanical issues to Team Leads.
• Meet production standards after training.
