Job summary

TriMas Packaging LLC in New Albany, OH is seeking a Machine Operator - Assembly (3rd shift) to operate assembly machines and inspect products to meet quality specs. This on-site, full-time hourly role covers Sunday-Thursday night shift with overtime as needed.

You should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and manufacturing experience preferred. Expect wage between $17 and $18 per hour plus a $1 shift premium, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safety procedures and practices.
• Operate equipment following the work instructions.
• Strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures.
• Inspect product and record results as required in the Quality Specifications.
• Some lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Climbing steps may be required.
• Other tasks are assigned as necessary to ensure production requirements are met.
• Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy working condition to supervision/leadership.
