Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring an Assembler Team Lead - 3rd Shift at our Oakleys Ct site in Richmond, VA. The role leads a small team on the production floor to ensure on-time delivery of quality products, while upholding safety and company guidelines.

Core hours are 10:00pm–6:30am with a $2 shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Applicants must have a high school diploma and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; live within 50 miles of Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor project progress on the production floor to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide feedback to management on factors affecting productivity and safety.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas.
• Demonstrate compliance with safety, attendance and punctuality policies.
• Maintain Visual Management boards and communicate shift status to management.
• Support continuous improvement of the assigned area.
