Job summary

Conflux Systems is seeking an Assembler in Charlotte, NC for a 10-month assignment. Shift is 12:00AM–08:00AM with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include deburring rotors and hardware, using hand and air-powered tools, following assembly procedures, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have prior factory or industrial experience and can document production and quality control records.

Qualifications

• Deburr rotors and other hardware components before assembly.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks using hand tools and air-powered tools.
• Follow written work instructions and assembly procedures accurately.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Complete quality control documents and production records accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Support production and assembly operations as needed.
• Identify and report defective parts or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Previous factory or industrial experience is preferred.
