Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA, is seeking an Assembler for the night shift (3:30pm–1:30am).

You will gather parts, assemble components and weldments, and perform quality checks to ensure final assemblies meet customer requirements. The role requires hand dexterity, tool knowledge, and teamwork; familiarity with welds, hydraulics, and electrical work is a plus, with strict adherence to health and safety rules and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to assemble various products per job instructions, blueprints, and or direction of lead/manager.
• Hand dexterity, working knowledge of hand tools, knowledge of basic shop math and ability to read a tape measure
• Must be willing to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical a plus
• Adherence to all health and safety rules and maintaining good housekeeping and 5S

Responsibilities

• As an Assembler, you will be responsible for gathering the appropriate parts for each shop order, assembling parts and weldments, and performing quality checks to ensure quality final assemblies are being shipped to our end customers.
• Assemblers are responsible for equipment, tools, and minor maintenance, including proper tool storage and 5S activities at the end of shift.
