Qualifications

• Must be able to assemble products per job instructions, blueprints, or lead/manager directions.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools; ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical a plus.
• Adherence to health and safety rules and 5S housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Gather parts for shop orders and assemble components and weldments.
• Perform quality checks on final assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain equipment and tools; participate in 5S at shift end.
