Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Anoka, MN, is seeking Assemblers to safely operate production machines and assemble ammunition components to meet quality and production targets. The role reports to the Factory Operations Supervisor and requires adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards on a 7pm–7am shift.

• Able to work 12-hour shifts.

• Teamwork capability with up to 8 people.
• Ability to learn to use computers and precision measuring devices within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to job break down tasks.
• Assemble and handle ammunition components and products.
• Fill out paperwork.
• Package loaded rounds.
• Assist team with changeovers.
• Follow safety rules and keep area clean and orderly.
• Ensure quality requirements are met and report defects.
