Job summary

The Kinetic Group, a leading ammunition manufacturer, is hiring a Mechanical Adjuster at the Anoka location. The role involves operating, adjusting, and repairing production machinery, with set-ups, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with maintenance staff.

Openings are on the Weekend Night shift, with pay starting at $24.62/hour and potential increases to $35.77/hour based on performance, plus applicable shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of on-the-job mechanical experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical degree.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment physical & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of the operation's output and adjust to keep within spec.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist maintenance mechanics during major repairs, overhauls, and set-ups.
• Maintain a productivity level ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
• Participate in the Natural Work Team process in the department.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards immediately.
