Job summary

ITW (Illinois Tool Works) is seeking an Assembler based in Paris, KY to adhere to safety standards, set up equipment and follow production schedules. You will assemble Ramset products and perform quality checks on the line.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour plus a $2.00 third-shift differential. ITW offers medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, flexible spending accounts and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours on 3rd shift (7:30pm-6:00am) with overtime as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints/spec sheets and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package Ramset products per process specifications.
• Maintain machinery via basic preventive maintenance and lubrication.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
• Handle parts weighing, packing into cartons, sealing and labeling.
• Use hand tools for machine adjustments and setup.
• Adhere to safety practices and participate in 5-S improvements.
• Collaborate with team and participate in meetings.
• Other duties to support plant and customer needs.
