Job summary

ITW in Appleton, WI, is seeking an assembler for the Power Systems Division. The role involves assembling welding machines, engine prep, base and front panel subassembly, wiring, testing, and shipping.

You will rotate between tasks, train others, and uphold ITW operating principles and quality standards. We offer a second shift with a 10% differential and a schedule of four 10-hour days, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read circuit and wiring diagrams preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble welding machines including engine prep and base assembly.
• Perform front panel subassembly, wiring, and testing.
• Pack and ship completed units.
• Rotate between tasks and train others.
• Adhere to ITW operating principles and quality standards.
