Job summary

Ergon, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operator for our Saginaw, TX site to join a tight-knit team on the night shift (Midnight – 8:30am). You will help produce high-quality asphalt oil, participate in testing, loading/unloading, and daily safety meetings, while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic math, with preferred Excel skills and the ability to follow written instructions. A drug-free workplace and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to plant processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing products in the lab and at the plant.
• Input quality specs and batch data into reports.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Conduct minor maintenance on equipment (pumps, racks, mixers).
• Participate in daily production/quality/EHS meetings.
• Maintain good facility housekeeping and safety practices.
