Job summary

Modern Maintenance Inc. in Arizona is hiring an Area Supervisor to lead on-site teams at multiple truck wash locations. This is a working supervisor role with hands-on duties and accountability for safety, scheduling, and quality control.

You will drive to wash stations as needed, supervise staff, and coordinate tasks across Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay at $24/hour, and a benefits package including health insurance and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks to wash station as needed
• Wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck
• Hose down and scrub outside with soap and water
• Other job duties as needed
• This is a working supervisor position
• Oversight of multiple Truck Wash locations
• Management of on-site supervisors and truck washing staff
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Planning and preparing work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met
