Job summary

Actalent seeks a Lab Technician in Naperville, IL, to perform bench‑top analyses, prepare solutions, and maintain precise documentation in a fast‑paced lab. You will support routine and specialized testing, assist with calibration, and follow established lab methods and safety standards.

The position is full‑time, onsite, with a 3rd shift schedule (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior GMP exposure is a plus, and strong attention to quality is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in science preferred; bachelor’s welcomed.
• Experience in GMP environments is beneficial.
• Crude assay or related oil analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bench‑top analyses and testing per procedures.
• Complete laboratory reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment.
• Follow safety practices and internal quality standards.
• Prepare chemical solutions and document data meticulously.
• Interpret data, tables, and control charts for results.
