Job summary

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a night-shift maintenance technician to operate, inspect, and repair facility utility systems. You will work a 4 days on/4 days off 12-hour shifts, earning $36/hour with a $0.30 shift differential and occasional $42/hour on 12-hour shifts.

You will document work in a CMMS, support Process Safety Management, and coordinate with contractors for major and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in stationary engineering, industrial maintenance, or equivalent military field.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Attain Ammonia Operator 1/2 and Boiler Technician 1 certifications if not already held.
• Willing to participate in ongoing Process Safety Management training.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain facility utility equipment.
• Support Process Safety Management activities and SOP reviews.
• Document maintenance work in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs as needed.
• Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance for boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• Support weekly work order schedules and track hours in the CMMS.
