Qualifications

• Associate degree in an Advanced Manufacturing field.
• Experience with Blackboard for communication and assessment.
• Proficiency in fluid power systems, industrial automation, robotics, and PLCs.
• Strong communications/relationship-building skills.
• Ability to teach professionally, with enthusiasm and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and maintain records of student attainment and progress.
• Provide syllabi in a timely manner for each course taught that meet college standards.
• Provide input regarding curriculum development and enhancement.
• Provide advising and career-related counseling for students.
• Participate in recruitment and retention activities.
• Serve on department and college committees.
• Complete mandatory training and professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local industry.
• Set high expectations for safety, professionalism, and communication.
