Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy licensure.

Responsibilities

• Interpret orders and transcribe or verify them accurately into the pharmacy system.
• Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor drug therapy for contraindications and interactions.
• Provide clinical consultation and suggest cost-effective therapeutic alternatives.
• Attend and participate in daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds.
