Job summary

Nationwide-Children is seeking a registered nurse for the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) at 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week), Monday through Friday with alternating 5x8 and 4x8 schedules. The base rate starts at $39.90 per hour, plus a $5.20 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current Ohio Nursing License.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shift activities, directs, organizes, and assigns work.
• Provides direct patient care as needed.
• Serves as EPIC Super User and supports staff with system use.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains quality and safety as priorities.
• Monitors staffing needs, reports updates, and participates in meetings.
