Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program with Texas licensure.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred (1–3 years).
• Familiar with DSM-V criteria and mental status exams.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries and referrals promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate admissions, verify insurance, and triage patients.
• Staff clinically and enter calls/admissions in the system.
• Complete admission paperwork and pre-cert with payors.
• Communicate with unit staff and support patient to unit.
• Adhere to hospital policies for admissions.
