Glen Oaks Hospital in Greenville, Texas seeks an RN-admissions coordinator to manage inquiry calls, coordinate admissions, verify insurance, complete assessments, and liaise with families, payors, and staff. Requires RN licensure with Texas board; CPR and de-escalation training essential.

7am–7pm, three days weekly, with rotating weekends. 1–3 years of psychiatric care experience preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program with Texas licensure.
• 1–3 years of psychiatric health care experience preferred.
• CPR certification and completion of Handle with Care, Verbal De-escalation prior to restraining procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiry and referral calls in a timely manner.
• Coordinate admissions and liaise with referral sources, families, payors, and hospital staff.
• Verify insurance, complete assessments, triage patients, and document admissions.
